I was having a difficult time quieting my mind during meditation. Just too much happening in the world. Too much stress and anxiety. As a result, I decided to experiment with combining a guided meditation with hypnosis techniques. The result seemed to be helpful to me so I’ll offer the file here if anyone wants to see if it works for them, too. I should probably re-record it at some point as there is some background noise I’d rather not be there.
I think the file will work best if you wear headphones and are sitting in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor. The recording uses binaurals. The meditation is based on the late Dr. Wayne W. Dyer’s “Getting in the Gap” meditation. It asks you to vocalize while meditating (making the sound “ahhhh”) so you might also want to listen in private or at least somewhere you won’t disturb other people.
There is nothing in the recording that should be an issue. It is intended to be nothing but positive but who knows what people will object to. I’m not forcing you to listen. IF YOU LISTEN TO THIS FILE YOU AGREE TO PERSONALLY ACCEPT ALL RISKS.
