The following messages were sent to my HR Rep and Senators regarding the budget and government shutdown:

Dear Representative Huizenga,
I’m asking that you immediately move to end the current government shutdown by extending the ACA tax credits and blocking Trump’s illegal budget cuts. The cuts made to health care in the recent Big Ugly Bill are going to hurt many of your constituents unless you act now. Congress must do its job and stop this administration’s ongoing lawlessness and authoritarian takeover.

I’m asking that you continue to oppose any federal budget deal that does not extend the ACA tax credits and block Trump’s illegal budget cuts. Congress must hold firm during this shut down and refuse to give yet another blank check to an authoritarian.
