Dear Representative Huizenga,

While the mid-air collision in Washington DC was a terrible tragedy, I was greatly offended that President Trump used it as an occasion for a racist rant blaming diversity policies for the accident. The President continues to use lies and misinformation to further his attacks against diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. While he claims these programs are unfair, his attacks are nothing but a thinly veiled effort to make it legal to discriminate against anyone who isn’t a straight white cis-gender male. He’s not even pretending anymore with his latest comments, which were blatantly racist.

No white supremacist should be in the office of President. Any politician with a moral backbone, whether Democrat or Republican, should be calling for the immediate resignation of President Trump and Vice President Vance, who openly supported the President’s comments today. The unelected Nazi supporter Elon Musk should also be removed from any and all government positions, including advisory ones. These bigots are a danger to our nation.
